INDIANA ADULT & TEEN CHALLENGE OF TERRE HAUTE

"Wabash Valley Adult and Teen Challenge Terre Haute, Indiana is a Men's residential Christian discipleship program. Our mission is to provide adult men with an effective and comprehensive Christian faith-based solution to life-controlling drug and alcohol problems in order to become productive members of society. By applying biblical principles, Wabash Valley Adult & Teen Challenge endeavors to help people become mentally sound, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically well, and spiritually alive."

Transformation

The biggest difference between Adult & Teen Challenge and a traditional recovery center is our focus on Christ. Our programs depend on the power of the Holy Spirit and God’s word to provide our students with a guiding light. Treatment is important, but transformation is key

Discipleship

Our program offers Group Studies for New Life in Christ (GSNL). These studies have been instrumental in helping countless individuals foster a deeper relationship with Christ. Through these 14 studies, participants learn about Biblical principles and their practical applications in our daily lives. 

Recovery

At Wabash Valley Adult and Teen Challenge, we offer a chance to start over, become a new person, live a godly life, and find freedom through a restored purpose and an eternal hope. We do this through classes, individual study, personal mentoring, work ethics training, and involvement in the Christian community.

 

RELATIONSHIP WITH FAMILY MEMBERS

  • Since graduating Adult and Teen Challenge, 91% of respondents who have family members reported improved quality of these relationships. Of the same group, 9.0% reported these relationships are the same or not improved.
